Share with family or neighbours, or freeze it for later. Ideal for cafes or restaurants! The true taste of fresh traditional Indonesian tempeh (soybeans cultured with pure, lab-tested R. Oligosporus). You will get 8 blocks of approximately 800g each (some might be slightly heavier or lighter) to make 6.4kg in total. Each block is wrapped in plastic-free, home-compostable (If You Care) baking parchment paper. The only plastic will be reusable ziplock bags to protect the tempeh from too much oxygen when storing in fridge or freezer. You are strongly encouraged to reuse the bags to collect more tempeh!
