Your monthly or big family supply of Dawlish-produced soybean tempeh, all fresh and live, wrapped in home-compostable baking parchment paper (a reusable zip-lock bag is still advisable to protect your live tempeh from oxygen). Made with organic soybeans naturally cultured with lab-tested R. Oligosporus starter. The real Indonesian taste of fresh tempeh, without anything artificial! Keep refrigerated and move to freezer if not used within 4 days. Keeps 3 months in freezer.
