Fresh organic SPLIT PEA tempeh at wholesale price if you order at least 6.4kg at a time + free delivery to you if you live in Teignbridge or Exeter. Share with family or neighbours, or freeze it for later. Ideal for cafes or restaurants! Made with either organic yellow split peas or organic green split peas, depending on availability: both varieties (green or yellow) are similar in taste, naturally drier than soybean tempeh as peas are less oily than soybeans, so you can make split pea tempeh crunchy in an air frier, or softer in a sauce. You will get 8 blocks of approximately 800g each (some might be slightly heavier or lighter) to make 6.4kg in total. Each block is wrapped in plastic-free, home-compostable baking parchment paper. The only plastic will be some reusable ziplock bags to protect the tempeh from too much oxygen when storing in fridge or freezer. You are strongly encouraged to reuse the bags to collect more tempeh!
