Your monthly or big family supply of ORGANIC (green or yellow) SPLIT PEA TEMPEH, all live and fresh and hand-crafted in Dawlish (800g). Wrapped in zero-plastic parchment paper (a REUSABLE ziplock bag is advisable to collect, to protect your live tempeh from oxygen)! Made with organic green or yellow split peas, naturally cultured with lab-tested R. Oligosporus starter. Put in fridge on arrival and move to freezer if not used within 4 days. Keeps 3 months in freezer and still live when defrosted overnight in fridge. Fry it, or marinate and bake it/air fry it as per recipe leaflet. Totally natural and vegan, high protein, low calorie, gluten and cholesterol-free! You will be able to select your preferred pick-up market after payment (Crediton market: first Saturday, Exeter Quayside market: third Saturday or Teignmouth market: last Saturday of the month).
